Part 2 - Exercise 2

Project - Points

Exercise - Multiple points

The idea in this exercise is to build a balanced picture, 1 point at a time.

I started by adding a dice off centre


I didn't want to put the second dice too far away in order to keep the same dynamic as the first shot

The third point is bound to create a triangle

And the fourth a square(ish) shape

I decided I wanted to build around the original point a little.



But then I needed to add to the other points to keep any sense of balance.




But the built points start to lose any connection so I build between them





But by now it just looks like mish-mash of items.

So I start again,....



This time I tried to spread out more in the frame






But still try and focus on areas rather than a random distribution










This time I think even at the end of adding all the dice, the image is balanced and interesting rather than just jumbled.
